Is Lexi free?
Lexi offers a free version with limited features. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited access to dictionaries and training sessions.
How are subscriptions billed?
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your saved words remain accessible. Only premium features are restricted after cancellation.
Are my words backed up or synced?
Words and other data are currently stored locally on your device and are not backed up automatically. We are actively working on adding data backup and synchronization between devices. Until this feature is available, deleting the app or changing devices may result in data loss.
